It is only days until the November 6th election, and there are a number of important constitutional amendments on the ballot. Among the many significant amendments are Proposition with 15, which would generate $3 billion in cancer research funding over ten years through the issuance of bonds, and Proposition 13 which gives judges greater discretion to keep a family violence offender behind bars without bail if it is determined the individual remains a threat to his or her family, or intimate partner.
